Following your enquiry, we may:
- Contact you to discuss your requirements.
- Arrange a measurement or consultation.
- Assess the property and installation requirements.
- Discuss suitable products, colours, fabrics and configurations.
- Prepare a quotation.
Any quotation will be subject to the specific terms stated in that quotation.
3. Measurements
Where we provide a measuring service, measurements may be taken to determine suitable product dimensions and installation requirements.
Measurements may be affected by:
- Window and door dimensions
- Window frames
- Wall construction
- Ceiling conditions
- Existing fittings
- Access
- Building conditions
- Product specifications
- Installation requirements
Where measurements are provided by us, they are intended for the purpose of preparing and supplying the relevant products and services.
You must inform us of any known conditions that may affect installation or product suitability.
4. Customer-Provided Measurements
If you provide measurements yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that the measurements are accurate unless we have separately agreed to verify them.
Products manufactured using customer-provided measurements may be subject to specific conditions relating to alterations, cancellation, replacement or returns.
These conditions do not exclude any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
5. Quotations
Our quotations may specify:

A quotation is generally valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
If no validity period is specified, we may update the quotation where supplier pricing, product availability or project requirements change before acceptance.

Prices may depend on:
- Product type
- Product dimensions
- Quantity
- Fabric
- Colour
- Finish
- Configuration
- Installation requirements
- Property access
- Additional works
- Supplier pricing
- Customisation
Website prices, where displayed, may be indicative and do not necessarily constitute a final quotation.
The price stated in your accepted quotation or order will generally apply to the relevant project, subject to any agreed changes or circumstances described in the quotation.
If we identify an obvious pricing or specification error before an order is accepted, we may correct the error and provide an updated quotation.
7. Acceptance of a Quote
An order becomes binding when the quotation or order is accepted in accordance with the acceptance requirements specified by us.
Acceptance may require:
- Written confirmation
- Electronic acceptance
- Signed documentation
- Payment of a required deposit
- Other confirmation specified in the quotation
Once an order has been accepted, changes or cancellations may be subject to the applicable terms of the quotation and these Terms of Service.
8. Custom-Made Products
Many of our products are made or configured specifically for individual properties.
Customisation may include:
- Measurements
- Fabric
- Colour
- Finish
- Size
- Mounting method
- Product configuration
- Hardware
- Installation requirements
Because customised products may be manufactured specifically for you, they may not be suitable for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind, subject always to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any applicable cancellation, alteration or return conditions will be communicated as part of the relevant quotation or order.
9. Product Colours and Materials
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent product colours, fabrics and finishes.
However, actual colours may vary due to:
- Screen settings
- Lighting
- Photography
- Natural material variations
- Fabric batches
- Manufacturing processes
Where colour or material selection is important, we recommend reviewing physical samples where available before confirming an order.
10. Product Availability
Product availability may depend on manufacturers, suppliers and stock levels.
We may need to:
- Substitute components
- Update specifications
- Change suppliers
- Provide an alternative product
- Adjust estimated delivery times
Where a significant change affects an accepted order, we will communicate with you and discuss the available options.
11. Installation Services
Where installation is included in your quotation, our team or an authorised installer may install the products at the agreed property.
Installation may depend on:
- Suitable access
- Suitable installation surfaces
- Window and door conditions
- Wall and ceiling construction
- Electrical or structural conditions
- Existing fixtures
- Safe working conditions
You must provide reasonable access to the property at the agreed installation time.
12. Site Conditions
You are responsible for informing us of known site conditions that could affect installation.
These may include:

- Transport delays
- Weather

We will advise whether the requested change is possible.
Changes may affect:

Additional costs may apply where a change requires additional work, materials or manufacturing.

- The terms of the relevant quotation or order
- Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
If you wish to cancel an order or service, contact us as soon as possible.
We will assess the request and advise you of any applicable cancellation terms.
We will not rely on a cancellation provision to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
17. Returns
Because many window furnishing products are custom-made or customised for individual properties, change-of-mind returns may not always be available.
However, this does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, please contact us so that we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
18. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Please provide:
- Your name
- Order or quotation details, if available
- Property address

20. Damage Caused After Installation
Products should be used and maintained in accordance with applicable care and operating instructions.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, improper maintenance or circumstances outside our control may not be covered by applicable product warranties.
This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
21. Product Warranties
Where a manufacturer or supplier provides a warranty, the applicable warranty terms may apply.
Additional warranty information may be provided in your quotation, order documentation or product documentation.

Depending on the project, payment may include:
- Deposit
- Progress payment
